What happens in the first session?
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your history, and what you hope to achieve, ensuring you feel comfortable and heard.
What are the fees and payment options?
My fee for each therapy session is $260. Payments can be conveniently made through e-transfer or credit card when our session concludes, and I will provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance.
How do online sessions work?
Virtual therapy is conducted via a secure, PHIPA-compliant video platform.

Is our work confidential?
Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of psychological practice. Your privacy is protected by professional ethics and law, with a few specific exceptions that we will review together during our first meeting.
How often will we meet?
Frequency is based on your unique needs and therapeutic goals. Most clients find meeting weekly or bi-weekly creates the best momentum for progress, though we will adjust this as needed.
